She has touched thousands of lives over these years - whether working in the health field as an RN supporting and mentoring persons who are coping (or not) with the harshness of life threatening illness, and death; in business - coaching and supporting managers in achieving their potential and meeting or exceeding their budget; working with sales managers and teams to keep them focused on their target; coaching and supporting employees at all levels - through trainings in team building dynamics; and with individual clients helping them to identify their passions, goals, and their values; reconnect with their unique talents and gifts;and realize their ability unleash their potential to live the life they want to live. Mary continues to assist in transforming others through her Coaching and Holistic skills. She knows when she assists someone in identifying their passions in life, she can assist them to realize them. She knows when she assists someone to eliminate phobias they have held for years she is helping them to live a life they didn't believe they could. She knows when she can help someone 'get out of a rut' they continually get into she is helping someone to be their dynamic self. She is able to connect on a level ~ other than physical ~ to assist in balancing Body, Mind, and Spirit. Mary has been certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Spiritual Counselor since 1998. She always knew there was a correlation between what we thought and what occurred in our lives. She became a Reiki Master and Teacher around the same time and began teaching Reiki in 1998. She studied and received certifications in Massage, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, Nutritional Healing, Sound and Color Therapy, Pranic Healing and other Energy Healing modalities. Mary created Total Life Coaching in 2008, upon completion of the Master Coach Training Through her Coaching, Workshops and Career Courses she has continued to help many to realize more of the life they want to. She is able to assist others in identifying their ideal life, and achieve their personal goals - for any area of life. She began (and continues)teaching Reiki and Hypnosis courses at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, CA in 2009 She partnered with Total Life Care, joining forces to enhance the Holistic and Complimentary therapies she has been providing for the past 30+ years. Adding the Total Life College enables a structured format for workshops and courses for career development and/or for personal development.
"I began meditating around the age of 5. I was in a home for children and wanted a safe place, so I would spend hours in the many 'Grotto's' that were located around the home. Here I would meditate and communicate and know everything was just fine. I wanted everyone else to know it too - I wanted to put a band-aid on all the 'owies' in the world. So I decided to become a nurse. It took a while for me to realize that even with all my nursing skills I couldn't band-aid everything. In 1978 I was introduced to Dolores Krieger's "Therapeutic Touch". I was amazed at the results I was able to affect with this simple process using energy. Though I started my path at a very early age, this set me on a journey that continues to bring me joy and fulfillment." Mary Titus truly believes in the inherent 'Excellence' of everyone. "There may be times we don't actualize it in ourselves, there may be times we don't believe it in ourselves or in others, but Excellence is in all of us."
